As a Partner Manager, you will be the driving force behind cultivating and nurturing both low-touch and high-touch business technology partnerships at JustCall. You’ll be at the forefront of implementing innovative strategies for selling, administering Co-Selling programs, XSell, Relationship building and deploying JustCall integrations. You will be the account manager responsible for increasing referrals and driving revenue from and through our Technology Partners. While working closely with our technology contacts and uncovering additional relationships like marketing and sales leaders to maximize their success and enhance their sales capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management with a focus on growing revenue. SaaS and CRM highlighted
- Demonstrated success in uncovering, building, and managing high-performing partner relationships, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with the JustCall platform or Telephony, VoIP or CcaaS ecosystem is highly advantageous
- Experience with Crossbeam & Reveal and Co-Selling programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key JustCall business partners. Gain a deep understanding of our partners' unique needs, goals, and objectives to tailor your approach and drive mutual success.
- Revenue Growth, Pipeline, and Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive partner strategy to drive substantial sales growth via referral and co-sell agreements, increase revenue, and organize co-marketing events.
- Training and Enablement: Provide our partners with exceptional training, enablement, and ongoing support. Equip them with the essential tools, resources, and knowledge needed to sell and implement JustCall effectively
- Partner Engagement: Manage a portfolio of top-tier partners, to ensure their continued success and growth in the JustCall ecosystem.
