-Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
-Research and identify potential customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and initiate meaningful conversations.
-Maintain a high volume of daily outreach and track activities in the CRM to ensure a structured and consistent approach.
-Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects.
-Engage with key decision-makers, understand their pain points, and position our solution as a value-driven option.
-Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure smooth lead handoff and pipeline progression.
-Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to enhance outreach strategies.
-Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation and qualified meetings booked.
-Education: Bachelors Degree
-Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in Software Sales/PreSales. Should have experience in selling to the US/UK/Australia
-Hands-on experience with sales tech tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
-Strong negotiation skills and a hunger to win in a fast-paced environment.
