We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale our customer lifecycle programs—driving engagement, retention, and expansion through multi-channel campaigns across email, sales outreach, website, in-app, paid ads, and content.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and execute lifecycle journeys across channels like email, website, sales, ads, and in-product.
- Own Key Metrics: Drive marketing-generated opportunities (MGOs), ACV improvement, and customer engagement.
- Leverage the Right Tools: Use HubSpot for automation and Salesforce for CRM to manage and measure campaign performance.
- Support ABM & Lead Scoring: Optimize and align nurture programs with ABM and lead scoring strategies.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product Marketing, Sales, CS, and Marketing Ops to align programs with customer needs and revenue goals.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS lifecycle or nurture marketing
- Strong execution and project management skills with hands-on experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and data tools
- Proven success with metrics-driven, multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent communicator, experienced in working cross-functionally
- Analytical thinker who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Bonus If You Have
- Experience targeting SMB or Mid-Market segments
- Background in CCaaS or related SaaS products
- HubSpot, Salesforce, or ABM certifications
- Global marketing experience (US, UK, AUS)
