About the role:
We are looking for a Content Producer (Video) to join our team. As part of this role, the candidate will have to write and edit video scripts, oversee live-action video shoots when necessary, and collaborate with visual designers and video editors to produce high-quality marketing videos.
The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, experience writing for a B2B audience, and a knack for repurposing content across digital platforms. Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.
What you'll do:
1, Scriptwriting & Storytelling:
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive video scripts tailored to a B2B audience.
- Develop scripts for a variety of video formats, including how-to guides, social media reels, short animated videos, and more.
- Ensure all scripts align with brand voice, messaging, and marketing goals.
2. Video Production Oversight:
- Oversee live action video shoots when required, providing creative direction to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with visual designers and video editors to bring scripts to life, ensuring the final output is visually compelling and on brand.
3. Content Repurposing:
- Take existing long form video content and repurpose it for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, reels, and short videos.
- Come up with new and innovative ways to repurpose existing content.
4. Ideation & Strategy:
- Brainstorm on ideas for video content that align with marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the video and content teams, as well as stakeholders, to plan and execute content projects on time.
5. Performance Optimization:
- Monitor video performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and use insights to refine content strategy.
- Stay up todate with video trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and effective.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in content production, with a focus on scriptwriting and visual storytelling.
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B video content, including scripts, live action videos, and repurposed content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a B2B audience.
- Experience working with visual designers and video editors to produce high quality content.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for generating original ideas and repurposing content effectively.
