What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end hiring for Product & Engineering roles (Hire Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, etc.)
- Leverage modern sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Wellfound, Slack, etc.) to tap into the best talent
- Use your strong SaaS industry network to build and maintain talent pipelines effortlessly
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ensure fast turnarounds
- Stay ahead of SaaS hiring trends to find the best talent in the most efficient way
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-6 years of experience in tech hiring for SaaS companies
- Strong expertise in sourcing channels & Boolean search for quick talent identification
- A solid network in the SaaS ecosystem – finding great candidates should be second nature to you
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and meet aggressive hiring targets
- Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven hiring approach
