The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities for their Account Executives. This role manages inbound leads by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers to successfully position the JustCall value proposition. SDRs who establish high performance and are strong representations of the JustCall core values will have the potential for new challenges and career advancement within Sales. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to break into top-tier B2B SaaS sales and grow quickly in their sales career.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience in Inside Sales, Sales or Business Development, Sales Prospecting, or similar roles
- B2B/SaaS sales experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone and emails: You will be the gatekeeper for customers entering the funnel, ask them qualifying questions based on their persona, and set up meetings for the AE team
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
- Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are, and the challenges they face every day
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services; customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy
- Regular achievement of targets & quotas, documentation of all data on Salesforce, and appropriate tools
- Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings
- Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
