SaaS Labs is seeking an experienced Product Documentation Lead to own and elevate the end-to-end product documentation across our product suite. You will establish SaaS Labs as a leader in SaaS product documentation and make end user documentation experience a core competitive advantage.
Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience managing product documentation, with expertise in complex B2B or B2C SaaS products
- A track record of elevating product documentation and content experience at early stage growth companies
- Experience setting up frameworks, design systems, and learning loops
- A keen eye for design quality and consumer-grade experiences
- Deep hands-on experience paired with experience managing a team is a plus
- The ability to drive change through influence and cross-functional partnership
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end to end product documentation at SaaS Labs
- Raise the bar on product documentation across the integrated JustCall platform
- Establish product documentation frameworks and processes in collaboration with the product leads
- Create frameworks, design systems, and learning loops to improve the product content experience
- Create a customer-first, research-first, problem-focused culture
- Promote a document-first approach throughout the product organization
- Turn our product documentation into a competitive advantage
- Partner with our PMM and Support team to design the optimal flow to scale self-serve documentation
