Role Mission:

The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns that deliver strong performance and measurable results. This includes optimizing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness, maximizing ROI, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. The PPC Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the success of digital marketing efforts by analyzing data, making data-driven decisions, and continually refining approaches to meet business goals.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertisements on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit, as well as other relevant channels.
  • Optimise campaign reach and impact using extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Effectively allocate large PPC budgets across campaigns and platforms.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor and improve key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Work with senior marketing leadership to match PPC tactics with marketing objectives.
  • Optimise the website and landing pages for customer intent, ensuring higher click-through rates and improved conversions across the funnel.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track organic performance.
  • Work with content and design teams to improve ad copy and landing sites.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience, preferably from high growth B2B SaaS 
  • Background: Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role, with a solid understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices across various platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Reddit etc.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Meta ads and other PPC channels. The ability to think creatively and with a positive attitude to maximize campaigns and overcome difficulties. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
