In this pivotal role, you will take end-to-end ownership and execution of product GTM strategy, positioning, and go-to-market efforts. product launches. You will also drive product launches, build market awareness through extensive competitive intelligence and understanding of market trends, perform win/loss analysis, enable Go-To-Market functions, create strategic content, and help generate demand for JustCall, as well as other SaaS Labs products In this role, you will partner closely with the Product team and collaborate with the broad Go-To-Market functions.

You are a compelling storyteller who can compose differentiated messaging and positioning for audiences across different personas and verticals.


  • 10+ years in global SMB and mid-market product marketing.
  • SaaS industry experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product GTM Strategy & Positioning: Develop and refine the positioning and messaging for our products, ensuring they stand out in a competitive market. Collaborate closely with product management to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and launches.
  • Go To Market Excellence: Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans across our products, working with Product, Design, Customer Success, Growth, Marketing, and others. This includes defining target customer segments, devising value propositions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful rollout of products and features.
  • Market Insights & Strategy: Own the process of gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and market and competitive data to inform product development and marketing strategies. Utilize insights to create compelling, data-driven narratives that drive engagement and adoption.
  • Content Development & Enablement: Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials, including website content, product collateral, case studies, and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts. Empower sales teams with the knowledge and tools to maximize revenue outcomes.
  • Evangelize: Create awareness of SaaS Labs and JustCall Products both internally and externally, through industry events, speaker support, and analyst briefings.
  • Data-driven & KPI-led Thinking: Establish key metrics to measure product marketing at SaaS Labs. Identify opportunities to incorporate greater attribution and analysis into GTM strategy.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow an agile team of product marketers and partner marketers.


  • You are a customer-obsessed marketer who demonstrates a deep, data-based understanding of the user to advocate effectively for the customer’s needs across the business and collaborates naturally to broaden a growth-based mindset.
  • You like to utilize a "test and learn" approach to continuously optimize messaging, including A/B testing, customer segmentation analysis, and performance tracking.
  • You like building business cases, analyzing competition, and collecting customer insights using both qualitative and quantitative methods to drive strategic decisions.
  • While you may have led teams in the past, you are equally comfortable rolling your sleeves up to be an individual contributor.
  • You possess exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
  • You have an entrepreneurial approach and passion, a sense of urgency, forward and strategic thinking, and an ability to drive meaningful change in the business and in the industry.
