We are looking for a Senior Manager - Technical Partnerships to work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. It is an added advantage if you have experience developing relationships across the technical partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone looking to impact a top-tier B2B SaaS organization and grow quickly in their career.


Qualification:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience in Sales or Business Development, Sales Prospecting, or a similar role
  • B2B/SaaS Sales experience is required

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build and cultivate meaningful relationships with the JustCall technical partner community
  • Manage tech partner relationships and build a sales pipeline by working with your partners to exceed sales goals
  • Define and plan marketing activities with technical partners to help generate mutual business
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute deals with existing/prospective Partners
  • Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate partners' enablement, acquisition, and revenues
  • Conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings with top and emerging partners
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our Partner program and go-to-market
  • Evaluate solutions and work with tools like Revel, Crossbeam, Salesforce, etc

Skills: 

  • You can generate partner referral opportunities while also developing long-term partner relationships
  • You are the embodiment of a problem-solving mindset
  • You have used and acquired a good understanding of CRM (Salesforce)
  • You are willing and excited about traveling
  • Experience in the SaaS or Telecom industry would be a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilient in the face of objections
  • Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
