About the role:
At SaaS Labs, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as marketing project manager. The marketing project manager will be responsible for managing integrated marketing campaigns (especially those involving multiple teams), supervising, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in global SaaS marketing for SMB and mid-market businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with project management theory, best practices, and tools such as Jira and Asana (which we use here).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing directors to manage the marketing projects calendar.
- Create and manage a content calendar, including timelines.
- Manage and supervise marketing projects from end to end, including collaborating with team members.
- Ensure campaigns are running on schedule and flag any changes proactively.
- Become a product expert over time and ensure the team understands the latest product updates and any changes in company strategy to implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Report on the outcomes of marketing campaigns regularly.
- Handle inter-team requests, such as working with the partnerships, product, and HR teams as needed.
