SaaS Labs is transforming the landscape of SaaS solutions, and JustCall is our powerhouse product, leading the charge in the customer communications space. We are now ready to expand our footprint in the EMEA market, and we’re looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Account Executive (or Senior Account Executive) to be our first in-region sales hire based in Dublin. This role will be pivotal in driving our growth, building meaningful connections with Mid-Market clients, and making JustCall the preferred choice across EMEA.
As the EMEA region’s first in-region Account Executive, you will lead the charge in expanding JustCall’s presence by engaging Mid-Market prospects and transforming them into satisfied, long-term users. You will be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline with both self-generated leads and support from our SDR, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive role, ideally within a SaaS company targeting Mid-Market clients in the EMEA region.
- Experience selling to the EMEA market with an average deal size between USD $25,000 and $100,000 is essential.
Location: Based in Dublin, Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Self-generate up to 30% of your sales pipeline while leveraging SDR/BDR, Marketing, and Partnership teams to maintain a full and active funnel.
- Use a consultative, value-based approach to deeply understand client challenges and position JustCall as the solution of choice.
- Create custom solutions tailored to Mid-Market clients’ needs, demonstrating how JustCall’s platform can drive their success and improve their operations.
- Establish strong connections with Mid-Market clients across EMEA, understanding their business needs to deliver tailored JustCall solutions.
- Be our brand ambassador for the EMEA market, cultivating a presence that drives market penetration and brand loyalty.
- Work closely with the SDR/BDR, Marketing, and Partnership teams to enhance sales strategies and maximize win rates.
- Actively monitor and report on competitive activity, industry trends, and emerging customer needs to influence product and sales strategy.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong track record in consultative and value-based selling, with the ability to identify client pain points and deliver impactful, solution-oriented pitches.
- Fluent English is required, with fluency in one of the following languages considered a strong advantage: French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong grasp of building and managing a pipeline.
- A motivated, proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals; you thrive on owning your success.
- Familiarity with the EMEA market, with a focus on cross-cultural communication and understanding diverse client needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions and build rapport across all client levels.
