About the Role:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing: This role will be responsible for scaling up the Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing function at JustCall. This role is crucial for accelerating our self-serve Go-to-Market (GTM) motion and will partner closely with the product team to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, product adoption and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies. As a key member of our Marketing team, this individual will develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing plans, optimize marketing funnels, and drive impactful campaigns to fuel our growth.
What will you do in this role?
- Design and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy tailored to a PLG model, focusing on driving product adoption and user engagement
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and expansion.
- Optimize onboarding flows and in-product experiences to drive user activation and reduce time-to-value
- Leverage data and customer insights to identify churn risks and proactively address them
- Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and campaign performance to identify growth levers and optimize marketing efforts
- Act as a bridge between marketing and product teams to ensure the product experience aligns with marketing messaging and user expectations
Skills Needed to be successful in this role:
- Strong understanding of PLG principles and SaaS business models
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Smartlook, Amplitude, Tableau) and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data analysis to drive decision-making

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Experience: 5+ years of experience, preferably from high growth B2B SaaS
- Background: PLG, Digital Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, Product Analytics
- Skills: Strong understanding of PLG & SaaS principles, Familiarity with digital marketing & reporting tools, Staying on top of trends
