SaaS Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to scale our Telephony infrastructure. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive customer value delivery through innovation in our telephony infrastructure.
Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience leading telephony and voice products with expertise in complex B2B or B2C SaaS products
- A track record of working with customers across geographies at early-stage growth companies
- Deep hands-on experience in scaling telephony infrastructure paired with experience managing roadmap and backlog for a pod
- A keen eye for design quality and consumer-grade experiences
- The ability to drive change through influence and cross-functional partnership
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute our multi-vendor architecture strategy, working closely with the product leads, engineering, and technology partnership team
- Work with product & engineering leadership to outline the product roadmap for the next 2-3 years to support multiple voice providers across geographies
- Work with product and PMM leadership to arrive at the optimal pricing for our multi-vendor voice infrastructure, ensuring we continue to maintain profitable margins
- Define the product metrics to measure the success of our MVA capabilities. Collaborate with the engineering and business intelligence teams to measure, monitor, and instrument key product metrics for further decision-making
- Partner with our technology partnership business development team to evangelize the roadmap and conduct difficult trade-offs to build clarity for our voice infrastructure pod
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape of voice infrastructure significantly to drive cost efficiencies for our customers with a multi-vendor architecture
