We're looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of our multi-vendor architecture.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Product Manager for our Communication Platforms, you will drive customer value by developing a scalable, flexible voice infrastructure that supports multiple telephony providers. You will balance creating a delightful customer experience, ensuring profitability, and simplifying our voice infrastructure for different telephony providers, starting with the UK and Australia markets, and expanding globally.
What will you do in this Role?
- Lead the implementation of a multi-vendor architecture aligned with company goals.
- Research, analyze, plan, prioritize, implement, and execute product vision and roadmap requirements.
- Define objectives and key results to ensure alignment with company metrics.
- Collaborate with product leads, engineering, and technology partnerships to execute the multi-vendor architecture strategy.
- Outline the product roadmap for the next 2-3 years to support multiple voice providers.
- Optimize pricing for our multi-vendor voice infrastructure to maintain profitable margins.
- Define and monitor product metrics to measure the success of our MVA capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to evangelize the roadmap and make strategic trade-offs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and drive cost efficiencies for customers.
What you Bring to this Role?
- Strong experience leading telephony and voice products with expertise in complex B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- In-depth knowledge of telephony infrastructure, industry trends, and key market players.
- Successful track record in leading voice infrastructure products in a hyper-growth company, with the ability to develop new products and features from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in using data to inform decision-making and ensure product alignment, adoption, and success across all market segments.
- Confidence and expertise in creating and managing a product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on market and customer needs, utilizing creativity and a problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience in working with customers and internal stakeholders, including GTM teams, to drive product success.
