The mission for this role is to help make JustCall Email an integrated solution as part of the JustCall platform. Today, JustCall Email is in its infancy - we just launched it and have yet to get traction from a customer standpoint. Instead of packaging it as a standalone, the strategy is to build an email suite and integrate it into the existing JustCall and Helpwise platform. This role includes being the product lead for our integrated email suite to build the roadmap and iterate with design and engineering to deliver an integrated email experience for our end customers
Qualification:
- Undergraduate from a Tier 1 college.
- Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college (preferred).
- 3 or more years of experience in a high-tech industry as a Product Manager - preferably in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager at SaaS Labs, you will lead the product roadmap and development of one of the products in our portfolio. You’ll work directly with Engineering, Design, Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on our products for thousands of teams around the world. - Make JC Email an integral part of the JC platform
- Ensure our customers have an integrated email experience
- Create a prioritization framework for SPRINTs.
- Ensure healthy retention by managing customer relations with the CS team.
- Create a scalable process for support ticket management.
- Build & execute the product roadmap for JC Email working with the product leadership team.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and execute to meet strategic objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being able to synthesize data, develop recommendations, and influence and persuade partners.
- Effective relationship building with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills.
