At SaaS Labs, we are looking for an experienced product marketer to join our team. This person will be responsible for working with the marketing leaders on our product marketing strategy and independently creating high-quality product marketing content and collateral. If we consider JustCall to be the hero of the story, we’re looking for someone to tell that story really well.
The strategy work will include work on competitive research, positioning and messaging, and sales enablement; and the content work will include long-form and short-form formats such as product web pages, blogs, emails, in-app notification copy, one-pagers, and explainer videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently on product marketing projects such as sales enablement, user onboarding, and feature launches (with the larger team).
- Create content such as product pages, blogs, and articles keeping in mind product marketing best practices such as focusing on the benefit vs features.
- Support the product positioning and narrative across channels including review sites, marketplace listings, social posts, product interactive tours, short videos, email campaigns, and internal documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Product, Sales, etc.
- As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with our Director of Content, Director of Growth Marketing, SEO team, Product team, CEO’s office, designers and freelancers, and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing or global SaaS marketing.
- Should have worked in a SaaS company, preferably with exposure to a global audience in B2B.
- Should have excellent storytelling, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
