About the role:

We are expanding our go to market strategy with a heightened focus on Sales Led Growth (SLG) initiatives. As a Demand Generation Manager focused on SLG, you will spearhead the design and execution of targeted campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth through our sales channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, requiring both strategic thinking and hands on campaign execution to support our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll do:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Execute and drive integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to, Pay Per Lead programs and other content download programs, webinars, LinkedIn advertising, display ads, ABM platforms, influencer partnerships, and virtual events
  • Drive demand generation initiatives that amplify sales and marketing impact from in person tradeshows and hosted events
  • Own MQL and pipeline opportunity targets for both new business and customer expansion
  • Optimize conversion metrics across the funnel (MQL-SQL, SQL-Opportunity, Opportunity-Close)
  • Develop and manage pay per lead programs and influencer marketing initiatives

Cross functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with sales leadership to align campaign strategy with revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning
  • Work with data/analytics teams to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Regular reporting and insights presentation to key stakeholders

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, with proven track record in Sales Led Growth
  • Demonstrated success managing a mix of integrated campaigns across platforms such as including but not limited to, Social ads (LinkedIn), Display, Pay-per-Lead Campaigns, ABM, Influencer marketing, and online events
  • Strong management and executional skills with experience using CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), ABM and analytics tools (Tableau)
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
  • Experience in high growth SaaS environments

Bonus Points:

  • Experience marketing to SMB and mid market segments
  • Experience in CCaaS or related SaaS markets
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, or ABM platform certifications
  • International marketing experience (US, UK, Australia)
