About the role:

SaaS Labs is expanding our go to market strategy with a focus on Sales Led Growth (SLG) and Lifecycle Marketing. We’re looking for a high agency, AI native marketer who thinks beyond playbooks to help us open new growth channels, run high performing programs across the funnel, and create demand that turns into revenue.

As Demand Generation & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on driving growth for JustCall, our AI powered platform that helps sales and support teams accelerate conversations and convert pipeline. You’ll identify, test, and scale strategic campaigns and channels that generate demand, shorten deal cycles, and fuel expansion. You’ll also lead lifecycle marketing initiatives to engage leads across every stage, from initial interest to active usage and upsell.

This role is critical to the company’s growth and will be owning high visibility initiatives. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, combines strategic thinking with hands on execution, and wants to play a key role in shaping what’s next.


What you'll do:

New Channel Development & Strategic Plays:
  • Identify and activate new channels for growth, running the gamut from AI assisted outbound and behaviorally driven nurture, to curated events, influencer partnerships, and beyond.
  • Launch creative, targeted plays aligned with market trends and strategic whitespace.
  • Take a test and learn approach to opening untapped segments and accelerating qualified pipeline.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Run integrated campaigns across webinars, events, LinkedIn ads, intent-driven outbound programs, content driven programs, and more
  • Build high impact plays for verticals, strategic ABM programs, and underleveraged lead pools.
  • Partner with Sales to create programs that drive conversations and conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Develop a continuous testing framework to optimize programs with a “conversion without borders” mindset
  • Own and optimize KPIs including MQLs, SALs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.

Lifecycle & Nurture Marketing:
  • Design and execute multi-channel nurture programs to engage leads across all lifecycle stages.
  • Build always on and campaign based nurtures to surface in market signals, sales ready opportunities, keep “not yet ready” leads warm, and drive upsell and expansion.
  • Leverage HubSpot to automate nurture flows, while integrating touchpoints across email, digital ads, events, and sales outreach.

Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Partner closely with Sales & XDR teams, RevOps & Marketing Ops, Content, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align on goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Bring a strategic lens to campaign planning and also roll up your sleeves to understand mechanics and help get it done.
  • Work with data/analytics teams to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Present performance updates and insights to cross-functional stakeholders regularly.

Who you are:

  • A proactive, AI native marketer who uses automation, AI, and modern tools to move fast and scale smartly.
  • A problem solver and strategist - not just an executor and playbook manager - who thrives in ambiguity and brings structure to the chaos.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation and lifecycle marketing / nurture experience, with proven track record in Sales Led Growth.
  • An innovative “what if” thinker with a curious mind who challenges assumptions, proposes better ways, and isn’t afraid to test bold ideas.
  • Proven ability to run integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Strong management and executional skills with experience using CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), ABM and analytics tools (Tableau)
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Experience in high growth SaaS environments.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience marketing to SMB and mid market segments
  • Experience in CCaaS or related SaaS markets
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, or ABM platform certifications
  • International marketing experience (US, UK, Australia)
