The Solution Engineer (SE) operates at the crossroads of Sales, Customer Relations, and Product while enabling all teams with the technical knowledge they need to achieve their objectives. As a founding Solutions Engineer at JustCall, you will impact our team and our customers starting from day one.


Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer, or recognized as the go-to person for technical queries in roles such as AE or Strategic CSM within a tech company.
  • B2B/SaaS sales experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with regional Account Executives (AEs) throughout the sales process and customer lifecycle.
  • Offering technical product expertise, particularly in integration, while responding to RFIs and RFPs, and guiding customers through Proof of Value (POV) initiatives to demonstrate JustCall's capabilities.
  • Focused on integrations, APIs, and webhooks, leveraging these to add value to our team's efforts. This involves analyzing customer processes and tools to identify opportunities for integrating JustCall into their workflows, thereby transforming their phone system into a productivity tool.  
  • Developing internal documentation to guide teams in building these workflows and fostering technical expertise across the organization.
  • Coordinating POV setups with clients, providing technical and network expertise during pre-sales activities.
  • Acting as an advocate for the product roadmap both internally and externally, engaging with Revenue teams, prospects, and clients to champion JustCall's direction and features. 
  • Working closely with third-party Partners to facilitate technical implementations and integrations.
  • Contributing to the developer platform by creating materials, solutions, and services for clients and sharing them with the community, maintaining a consistent and informative tone throughout.

  • You live in the nexus between business, sales, and technology.
  • You know the basics of at least one programming language (e.g. Javascript, Ruby, Go, Python, etc.) Understand the concepts of web servers and databases.
  • You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and several stakeholders with different backgrounds (you can convince the Head of sales and also talk tech with the PM).
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills.
