Role Impact:
As Senior Product Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of our workflow product strategy. You'll drive customer value by delivering innovative solutions that empower GTM professionals in SMB and mid-market segments. Balancing customer experience, profitability, and product simplification, you'll align product vision with company goals, prioritize key initiatives, and ensure all efforts contribute to SaaS Labs' growth and long-term success.
What You’ll Drive?
- Lead the development of workflow products, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals.
- Create delightful customer experiences for GTM professionals (Agents, Managers, Revenue/Operations leaders, Admin) in the SMB and mid-market segments.
- Research, analyze, and execute the product vision and roadmap, staying aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
- Define and track key metrics using tools like Amplitude and Tableau.
- Champion a customer-centric culture, regularly engaging with customers and stakeholders.
- Successfully champion products from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Establish a compelling vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Regularly engage with customers to inform product decisions.
- Define and analyze key metrics to drive high-impact initiatives.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.
What You Need to Succeed?
- You have 4-5+ years of product management experience, including setting product strategy and executing it hands-on, preferably within automation or development platforms.
- You're an expert communicator, skilled in crafting product narratives, PRDs, and aligning roadmaps with company goals.
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes in B2B SaaS, you leverage data analytics (using tools like Amplitude and Tableau) to make informed decisions.
- You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, constantly engaging with users for feedback and using insights to improve products.
- Additionally, you thrive in collaborative design work, partnering with designers to create delightful product experiences.
